Please read the Sirius Theatrical Company’s Acting Studio Policies before enrolling yourself or your child in a program.

SIRIUS ACTING STUDIO POLICIES

  1. Registration: A student is considered registered only after the fall payment has been received.

    Fees must be attached to the Registration Form when the form is submitted and may be paid by certified cheque, bank draft or money order.

    If you would like to pay in cash, by credit card through PayPal or by Email Transfer, you must contact the office to make arrangements. Go to CONTACT US and include your name, your phone number and the name of the course. We will contact you by phone to confirm the cost and details.

  2. All classes are subject to change.
  3. Students will be placed in a class at the discretion of the Artistic Director and the course instructor. Class size is limited.
  4. Fees:
    • Administration Fee: An annual fee of $25 is charged the first time a student registers for a course between September 1 of the current calendar year and August 30 of the following calendar year. This fee covers the costs of administering the programming, all class handouts, etc.

      Course Fees: Please refer to individual course fees on the website.

  5. Refunds:
    • Cancellation: Full refunds will be issued up to 7 days prior to the first class of a course. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the first class, the full course fee less the $25.00 Administration Fee will be refunded.
    • Withdrawal: If you withdraw from a course, a pro-rated refund, less the $25.00 Administration Fee, will be issued up to the end of the 2nd class only. No refunds will be issued after the 2nd class.

      No refunds will be issued for one or two-day workshops once the workshops have begun.

  6. Showcases:In class presentations for child and youth classes are held during the final class of the end of the Fall term. A showcase involving all students takes place at the end of the year in May. Students who do not attend dress rehearsals will not be permitted to participate in the showcase.
